Textures were hand drawn in photoshop using a Wacom tablet then scaled using bilinear filtering to 128x128/64x64 to emulate the limitations of old early 3D consoles.
Fully modelled, textured and rigged Retro/"Playstation 1 style" 3D character model I created for a client. Modelled and rigged in blender and textures created in Photoshop CC. 1,400 tris.
